Small batch blend of 70-135 hand selected barrels from four distinct mash bills. Glacial aquifer limestone water and grains are cooked and fermented with a proprietary yeast strain. Copper column and copper pot-double distilled. Aged for a minimum of 4 years in virgin American oak barrels, with a deep char #4 on the staves and #2 on the heads. Non-chill-filtered and bottled at 95 proof. Batch release. (1-2 per year)
