80% of the mash bill (wheat and corn) made with regenerative grains grown within 20 miles of the distillery. A nuanced 6 year old bourbon combined with a distinct 6 year old wheated bourbon with custom toast and char methods. Pristine limestone-rich deep well water and regenerative grains are cooked and then fermented with a proprietary yeast strain to enhance flavor complexity. Vendome Copper Column creating a purer spirit. Non-Chill Filtered and bottled at 95 proof for a bourbon of unmatched depth and complexity. Limited release.
