Hand-selected 70 of the finest bottled-in-bond barrels and crafted to meet the strict standards of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897. Aged in a bonded warehouse for at least seven years (3 more than required) in deeply charred oak barrels. Non-chill filtered to preserve its rich, complex character.
Butterscotch, toffee, and a hint of maple syrup; mid-palate gentle spiciness (hints of cinnamon and nutmeg).
