The Boatyard Distillery is situated on the banks of Lough Erne, County Fermanagh, North West Ireland. Boatyard is Fermanagh’s first legal distillery since 1890. Having grown up on a nearby dairy farm, founder Joe McGirr returned to his native Enniskillen with the goal of making a gin so perfect for Martinis it would be poured in the world’s finest bars and restaurants. Now, the highly decorated, certified organic Double Gin is the flagship spirit of Boatyard Distillery. A place of true natural beauty, it is fitting that Boatyard is Ireland’s first B-Corp certified distillery.
